Twitterpated One Sheet Wonder

Well it's finally complete! The box, 11 masculine themed cards and 11 feminine themed cards from 3 sheets of Twitterpated designer series paper.

So here's the box, decorated with 1 sheet of Twitterpated DSP, with the cards in the pockets and laid out in front.

As you can see I changed all of the cards a little from when I first showed them here.

I added a stamped image from Open Seas  to each card.

I think it finishes them off a little better, and love the touch of Bakers Twine on the ones I remembered to pop it on to before sticking down!

Now onto the feminine set. Here I still used the Basic Grey in my embossing folders, but this time with Riding Hood Red card and a Bushing Bride  sheet of DSP.

Couple this with the gorgeous Creative Elements,  stamped in the same colours.

Along with Blushing Bride pleated ribbon, I think this set is just lovely.

I hope you think so too!

So here is the one sheet wonder. The guide above is for the mats you cut from 12" x 12" textured or plain card-stock  You then cut the pattern paper 1/4" smaller for each one except cards 4,  5 & 8;
  • cards 4 &5 the pattern paper is the same 5.75" length but still 1/4" narrower
  • card 8, cut the pattern paper 3.5" x 4" and then cut in to 4 rectangles 1.25" x 2".

This is designed for A6 cards (for no UK readers that's 14.8 cm x 10.5 cm cards), with embossed card fronts 1/2 cm smaller than the A6, so 14.3 cm x 10 cm (sorry to switch to metric, but I always find card fronts easier in metric!)

Busy planning a class for something similar, but probably not 22 cards and using A4 instead of 12" x 12".

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. A great box to keep handy and have cards at the ready for anytime x I quite like doing the 'same' card but varying it slightly each time. I should do it alot more often actually to make life easier :-)

  3. I think it is a fab set of cards and can't wait for the class!
    Also like the way you've stepped up the cards too... I am trying to do that more now and think before I stick! It's a new mantra!

    1. I like that mantra. That's how I scrap, just need to apply it to my card making!
