Baby Boy
My next door neighbour had a little boy last Thursday, I haven't met him yet but mum & baby are doing very well after an emergency caesarian. I wanted to make her a card but struggled at first as I don't really have much in my stash for new babies so I went in search of a digi image, then I remembered my SU Stampin' Around Wheel 'Baby Tees'. There are 5 very cute baby vests on this wheel, each one different.
I used my Perfect Plum cartridge and wheeled out a row of vests on Whisper White card, chose the 3 I wanted and coloured with my new Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.
The sentiment is from the hostess set 'Swirls & Curls Verses' and was stamped straight on to Night of Navy card in Versamark then heat embossed with SU black embossing powder.
Really quick & simple card, but I like it!
On to my news.... I have been accepted on to 2 design teams for 2 challenge blogs, one is for Fat Pages or Cards and the other is for ATCs or Cards, so much for my plan of not crafting because I have to LOL. It's just two little projects a fortnight (one for each blog) so I thought I could handle it! I was put forward by Debbi (thanks!) and will have my first offerings this coming Friday for the 2nd March challenges., so pop back then for my 1st DT entries and a link to the challenges.
Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Crafting!
