Colour Challenge
I set myself a challenge on Tuesday, to use a colour I had never used. Well seeing as my River Rock ink pad is still in its wrapping I thought that was a good starting place.
I grabbed my favourite stamping tool, my Color Coach (122228 £135.50) and had a look at the River Rock combos. The Color Coach always has two to choose from, and River Rock had either Cherry Cobbler & Marina Mist or Not Quite Navy & Tangerine Tango. I went with the Cherry Cobbler & Marina Mist combination, as I haven't used Cherry Cobbler since last Christmas.
Now it was our wedding anniversary on Tuesday so this card turned in to Lovely Hubby's card. It started life inspired by this weeks CPS sketch challenge, but looks nothing like it now! Can you still see the sketch in there?
Lots of stamp sets on this one, the background is "En Francais", then there is the "Medallion" stamp and in the forefront you have "Artists Etchings". Lets not forget the sentiment which is "Basic Phrases", half of a happy birthday from the Sale-A-Bration set "Happy Moments" and the outline of a tag form "Tiny Tags". I think this is the most amount of different stamp sets I have used on one card!
It's not the best photo, I think I need a new camera!
Thanks for stopping by. Happy Crafting!
